California Incorporation Information
California has made an attempt to be more corporate friendly. The web site is informative, and business information is available online. The Secretary of State office is strict about having entities register in CA if any intrastate business is transacted in the State. They do not want to lose the revenue. Although the initial filing fee is reasonable, look out for the high $800 tax.
