Nevada Secretary of State promotes business, and like other leading incorporation States, it is run more like a business than a bureaucracy. The corporate laws, like Delaware, attract many businesses. The following are a few of the promoted reasons to choose Nevada: No Information is shared with the I.R.S., No Personal Income Tax, and Stockholders are not Public Record. They do have an annual list of Officers requirement which has an annual fee. Turnaround times are good, expedited service runs an additional $100, fax filing is allowed, and business entity information is available online.
