New Jersey Incorporation Information

New Jersey is a large State that has average filing fees ($125 initial fee + $25 to expedite). The annual report is still $50, but there is now a $500 minimum Business Tax return for C corporations. Limited Liability Companies are fast becoming the preferred choice Business entities are filed with the Division of Revenue. This means they do not have a separate Division of Corporations like most of the other high volume States.
